Good solid training tonight Cavan took the Defenders class they worked on the shield and using punches from that starting position then a bit of fitness at the end. Next class body conditioning and target practice using a hook punch as an attack we blocked using the forearm and a punch to the Solar plexus in one movement then the same attack but an elbow to the shoulder again one movement, finished with either a cross punch or hook defence was duck under or side step and aim for the floating rib, kidney and sola plexus with hooks or straight punches.www.sefkarate.com
