Good training today body conditioning and target practice using a hook punch as an attack we blocked using the forearm and a punch to the solar plexus in one movement then the same attack but an elbow to the shoulder again one movement, finished with either a cross punch or hook defence was duck under or side step and aim for the floating rib, kidney and sola plexus with hooks or straight punches, then attack was a hook punch drop inside the attack cross punch the leading thigh with the same arm elbow inside the thigh then take the back leg attacker falls forward and apply ankle lock and the finished class with sparring all vs all aim to take partner over and finish them but focus on getting up. Defenders worked on pads with a punch to the Solar plexus a side kick and front push kick and using them as a combination. Finished with sparring all vs all.
