Today the junior and adults started with pad work applying avoidance and control then taking out the guard and using knees, we then worked on a low round house to the thigh and a turning back kick in one smooth movement. Next was a low round house to the front leg carrying the weight through and taking opponent down and applying a choke hold, after working on it the low round house became a knee strike to the thigh with the same outcome. We finished with sparring with obstacles placed around the Dojo to be used as distractions.
Defenders warmed up then we used an obstacle course with shoulder rolls, punches and kicks and finished with grab the tags from opponents back.
